Aims of the Society

To encourage, improve and extend the cultivation of flowers, fruit and vegetables by arranging talks and shows.  There are monthly talks by guest speakers on a variety of gardening and allied topics and outings are arranged to places of interest.  Society members have planted bulbs and plants in the grass verges, trees and shrubs around Shenfield and maintain a planter in the Hutton Road.
